SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, and GlobalPost depending on your location and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods at our discretion to ensure timely delivery. Customers may select alternative delivery services for an additional fee calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150 USD
  • International: Free shipping on orders over $250 USD

Orders below these thresholds will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Phone Orders The above shipping rates apply to online orders only. Orders placed by phone will incur the following fees:

  • Domestic (US) orders: $5.99 shipping fee on all orders under $40.00
  • International orders: Shipping calculated based on actual carrier rates

Delivery Estimates Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may begin from the date the carrier accepts the package, not the ship date. Actual delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be assessed by your country upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress using the carrier's tracking system.

Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages unless you purchased shipping insurance at checkout. If you purchased shipping insurance through us, please contact info@elonessentials.com within 48 hours and we will assist you with the claim process.

Shipping Insurance Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout to protect your order against loss or damage during transit.

Returns Policy


Please be aware that because Elon provides a toll-free counseling line as well as free shipping on all online orders, and therefore no monetary returns will be provided.  You may request an exchange within 45 days of your purchase on all unopened products.  Exchanges are accepted at our sole discretion.  Your order will leave our facility in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper.  If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim.
